Refund Policy

1. What you’re buying
Hotseat Guides are downloadable PDF playbooks published by HOTSEAT AGENCY (PTY) LTD. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is issued to your email so you can start using the Guide straight away.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a Guide isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — see section 4 for how. Common reasons we refund include, but are not limited to:
- Not what you expected — the Guide doesn’t fit your needs or isn’t what you thought you were buying.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same Guide.
- Non-delivery — you never received a working download link and our support team cannot restore access.
- Corrupt or unreadable file — the PDF fails to open and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- Material mis-description — the Guide is materially different from what was described on the product page.
3. How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order, refunds are processed by Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and open the order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at guides@hotseat.agency with your order number and a short description of the issue and we’ll work with Paddle to resolve it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — in almost every case we can resolve the issue directly and far faster.
